our products

The philosophy of the company is to produce natural and genuine specialities, with no colouring matters or other artificial additives. The best recipes of the sicilian tradition are offered "ready to savour": original and easy to prepare in a few minutes. Through the sun-drying process (natural drying in 5000 m2 of covered drying houses) the structure, the nourishing principles and the organoleptic properties of the vegetables remain unadulterated. The company produces according to the methods of the organic agriculture, even the aromatical herbs & spices and extra virgin olive oil used to prepare condiments, sauces and patés.

Red hot pepper, Oregano, Basil, Mint, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Marjoram, Mixed Herbs for Pizza, Meat or Fish courses, for Vegetables, for Potatoes and for Arrabbiata.

Sauces for pasta and to create typical mediterranean courses:
Pesto sauce of Basil and Almonds, Pesto sauce of Fennel, Salsa Fuego, Salsa Ricca, the Ghiotta, "Stratto" (concentrated tomato sauce).

The "Tapugliati" (dried and ground vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, perfect for the Bruschette):
